Check-in e registro alloggiatiCheck-in & guest register

Per il check-in raccogliamo i dati anagrafici e del documento d'identità degli ospiti. Il trattamento è obbligatorio per legge (art. 109 TULPS): i dati sono comunicati alla Questura tramite il portale Alloggiati Web e all'ISTAT a fini statistici, e conservati nei termini previsti dalla normativa. La base giuridica è l'obbligo legale (art. 6.1.c GDPR). La foto del documento eventualmente inviata tramite il check-in online viene trasmessa in modo sicuro al nostro gestionale e non è conservata sui server del sito.For check-in we collect guests' personal and ID-document data. This processing is required by law (art. 109 TULPS): data is reported to the Police via the Alloggiati Web portal and to ISTAT for statistics, and kept for the periods set by law. The legal basis is a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). Any document photo sent via online check-in is securely transmitted to our management system and is not stored on the website's servers.

Tassa di soggiornoCity tax

Come struttura ricettiva di Roma siamo tenuti a raccogliere e rendicontare i dati necessari al versamento della tassa di soggiorno (numero di ospiti, notti, eventuali esenzioni) secondo il regolamento comunale.As an accommodation in Rome we are required to collect and report the data needed for the tourist tax (number of guests, nights, any exemptions) under the municipal regulation.

Gestione della strutturaProperty management
