Dear Guest, in order to offer you a quality service, we give you the possibility of accessing the structure, from opening the building door, to the apartment door, up to opening the door of your room in online mode. Upon confirmation of your booking and after registering via our online registration portal, we will send you simple instructions that will allow you to access independently by downloading an application for both Android and iOS operating systems. If you wish to be followed by telephone, I will be happy to do so, I only ask you to inform me, as soon as possible,  about your arrival time for the day of check-in, and to communicate with me possibly via WhatsApp  +393384328355 , with regards to written communications and any instructions from me provided, we will obviously be able to speak via telephone before check-in, during check-in and during your stay. In any case, once you enter, you will find in your room the card that will allow you to open the door of your room, the door of the apartment and, if necessary, we will provide you with the physical key to the building door.
